Mix the meat and carrots with rice wine, soy sauce and sugar and marinate briefly (optionally add leek, garlic and ginger).
Fry the meat in the oil in portions for about 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. Put the sesame seeds and broth in the wok or pan, add the meat again and season with soy sauce. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and serve immediately.
