Just draw a nice, delicious beer, but don`t fill the glass completely. Fill up carefully with sparkling wine. Then add a dash of syrup to the head of the foam.
Looks good at first and later mixes with the cocktail. Looks particularly pretty when served in red wine glasses or something similar, for example.
