Cut the sausages into thin slices. Clean and slice the radishes, peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into pieces (approx. 2x2cm). Cut the chives into rolls.
Mix together the ingredients for the salad sauce and season to taste. Mix the sausages, radishes and onions with the salad sauce and let it steep for about 1 hour.
Before serving, fold in the iceberg lettuce and chives.
Lye pastries taste best with them.
You can prepare the salad well and take it with you and then only have to mix it briefly. Thanks to the iceberg lettuce, it can stand a little longer without becoming sloppy.
