Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar in a blender until frothy. Mix the single cream and beer well and then mix with the egg yolk and sugar mixture.
  2. Then put the whole mixture in the bain-marie (water bath) for 8 to 10 minutes!
  3. Fill in a glass and place in the freezer.
