This is my favorite marinade for grilled meat of all kinds!
Mix the onions and garlic well. Then add oil, mustard, oregano, paprika powder, honey and a good dash of beer and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Roll the steaks well in the marinade and then put them back in. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Roast on the grill and brush with the leftover marinade every now and then.
This goes well with baked potatoes and a delicious herb butter.
Tip:
Before the food comes on the grill, let it steep for at least an hour at room temperature.
