- Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a gratin dish and pour the orange juice over them.

- Mix the sugar, mascarpone and natural yoghurt to a smooth cream, carefully fold in the remaining berries.
- Spread the cream on the biscuits or berries and smooth out; Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
