Roughly chop the vanilla drops. Whip the cream until stiff and then mix with low-fat quark and yoghurt (depending on the consistency, add a little more yoghurt so that the cream is not too firm). Pour the ingredients in layers into a tall glass jar or bowl. Start with the meringue, then pour in frozen berries. Pour the cream on top and put the meringue on top again. Finish with the cream and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
Tip: Preparation shouldn`t be too late so that the berries can still thaw.
