Put the ingredients, except for the walnuts and the carrot, in the bread maker one after the other. Set the machine to normal or whole grain fast, large and the degree of browning medium.
After the beep, add the walnuts and shredded carrots. If you like, you can chop the walnuts.
The baking process takes approx. 2.5 hours and results in bread weighing approx. 1400 g.
