Beet and carrot chips are healthy snacks that the whole family will be happy to crunch. These chips will delight you with an appetizing aroma, pleasant taste and undoubted benefits. A minimum of effort and time is required from you.

We turn on the oven to heat up to 120 degrees. If the oven supports convection mode, turn it on. If your oven does not have this mode, it may take 20-30 minutes longer to cook the chips than the time indicated in the recipe. Add olive oil to the vegetable slices and mix.
We cover the baking sheets with parchment paper and put the vegetable slices in them in one layer. We send the baking sheets to the oven for 30 minutes. Then turn the vegetable chips over and continue drying for another 30 minutes. We take the vegetable chips out of the oven and let them cool completely.
Salt the prepared chips and sprinkle with rosemary. We mix.
