Instructions
Mix sunflower oil, walnut oil and raspberry vinegar with salt and pepper. Peel and coarsely grate the fresh beetroot and parsley root. Mix everything together and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top. If you like, you can sprinkle with fresh chives.
