Instructions
Peel the beetroot and cut into very small cubes (preferably with rubber gloves). Core the apple (I don`t peel it) and also dice it very small. Mix everything, season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and then mix in a little sour cream.
You can also add a little horseradish.
