Instructions

  1. Cut the beetroot into thin slices and arrange in a circle on the plate. Finely chop the radishes and spread them with the rocket.
  2. Fry the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat in a little oil until golden. Sprinkle on top, as well as some feta cheese cut into cubes.
  3. For the dressing, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over them.
