Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beetroot on a slicer, place in a ring on a plate.
  2. Arrange the washed lettuce in the middle of the praying ring,
  3. Cut the bacon into strips, fry in a little oil, add the seeds and roast briefly.
  4. Spread the bacon and seeds mixture on the salad.
  5. Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette, dice the shallot, stir in, drizzle everything over the salad and the beetroot.
