Instructions
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a little fat. Add the minced meat and fry until brown and crumbly. Add beetroot and cream, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Very tasty with pasta or spaetzle.
