Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain through a sieve.
Peel and grate the beetroot. Then put in a saucepan and simmer with the cream for approx. 5 minutes. Now mix with the pasta and season as needed (I always use broth, that`s enough for my son). Now put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
