Instructions

  1. Drain the beetroot and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the apple. Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Peel half the onion and cut into very small pieces. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally stir in the cream to thicken.
  2. Let it steep until you eat it. A fruity, refreshing salad with guaranteed few calories.
