Ingredients

• 1 bowl pickled cucumber (s), diced
• 1 bowl beetroot, diced
• 1 bowl apples, diced
• 1 bowl onion (s), diced
• 3 egg (s), cooked, diced
• 1 small Glass capers, depending on your taste, I always take 2 glasses
• 325 g ham sausae, diced

For the dressing:

• 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• salt and pepper
• Vegetable juice (beetroot juice)

Instructions

1. I always use a small compote bowl as a bowl.
2. After all the ingredients to be cut have been diced, place them in a bowl with the remaining ingredients of the dressing and season to taste.
