Instructions

  1. Boil the beetroot, peel and cut into very small cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and add, season the salt, vinegar and oil and mix in. Now mix in 2-3 tablespoons of grainy Dijon mustard (medium hot).
  3. Also ideal as an accompaniment to cold cooked meat and also to smoked salmon.
