Instructions

  1. Cut the beetroot into small pieces, peel and core the apple and also cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix together oil, vinegar and honey and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the prepared ingredients in the bowl. If you like, you can sprinkle the salad with chopped walnuts.
  3. Note: The dressing really depends on your own preferences; I sometimes take up to 2 tablespoons of vinegar and then a little more honey, just try it out!
