Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Cook the beetroot in the pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Rub the lemon peel, then squeeze the lemon. Put both in a bowl with the other ingredients. Cut the beetroot into cubes and mix with all the other ingredients.
