Instructions

  1. Drain the beetroot and arrange on plates. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and distribute it in the middle of the plates. Wash the pears, quarter them, drizzle with a little lemon juice and place on the plates in a star shape.
  2. Chop the walnuts into small pieces (approx. 4 pieces per walnut). Cut the blue cheese into cubes and cover with walnuts on both sides and spread over the plates.
  3. For the dressing, cut the onion into very small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad.
