• 100 ml coffee, hot, fresh

Instructions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix egg white and cream. Fill 4 coffee cups one third with it, then fill up with the hot coffee and serve immediately. Possibly sweeten.
