Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, remove the inner skins and peel them. That works well with the peeler. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Peel the banana and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Peel a piece of ginger as thick as your thumb and press it through the garlic press.
Puree the paprika, banana, ginger, honey, yoghurt and water very well in a blender.
