Instructions

  1. Core the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sear the pork strips in a large pan in a little hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and grate the ginger and add to the meat. Put the paprika pieces in the pan, sauté briefly and then add the chicken stock, the tomatoes and the lemon juice. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, curry, cayenne pepper and coriander.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
