- Clean and chop the peppers. Peel the bananas and mango and also cut them into small pieces. Chop the chilli very finely.
- Bring the vegetable stock to the boil, add the basmati rice, paprika, chilli and fruit. Let simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Then puree the soup very thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a little sugar.
- The soup is bound by the rice.
