Mix the oil with Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, then mix with the meat strips. Let the meat steep.
Wash the peppers, cut lengthways into 6 pieces and remove the seeds. Also remove the white separating membranes, then cut the pulp crosswise into narrow strips.
Heat a large pan without fat, add the meat including the marinade, fry together with the onion cubes for 5 minutes. Add the pepper strips and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes. Mix the salsa with 2 tablespoons of water, mix in and let it get hot.
Season to taste with salt and lemon juice and serve, ideally with nachos.
