Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces, peel the peppers if necessary (if the skin is intolerant) and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put some margarine in a saucepan and add onions and peppers. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and place in the top of the pot. The lid must be put on so that no liquid is lost. Put the stove on the lowest setting. I use the smallest platter, although the pot is larger, to reduce the heat even further. Steam for 1 hour. Stir once in between. After an hour, remove the skin from the meat.
  3. We serve the chicken with boiled potatoes because of the delicious sauce. There is also a salad.
