Fry the minced meat with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon each of paprika powder in a saucepan until brown and crumbly. Remove and set aside.
Put the chopped onions, cloves of garlic and diced peppers with 1 teaspoon each of paprika powder in the saucepan and sauté. Pour in the broth. Add the tomatoes and the flour. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Add 100 g of feta and the ajvar and puree everything. Add the minced meat again and simmer for a few more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dice the rest of the feta. Arrange the soup in plates and sprinkle the feta and chives on top.
