Instructions

  1. Put the rice on top and salt the water well. In the meantime, cut the three peppers into large pieces and set aside.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan without any additional fat, then add the peppers. Turn off the stove and add a little ketchup. Now drain the rice and add it to the pan as well. Add the ketchup again and mix everything well.
  3. Other ingredients such as onions, garlic or herbs are not necessary or have been removed from the recipe after an attempt. The sweetness of the ketchup is enough for the taste.
