Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, remove the stems, core them and cut into small cubes. Also cut the onion into small, very fine cubes (goes very well with the Börner vegetable slicer). Thoroughly wash the corn until the water is almost clear. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, core with a coffee spoon and also cut into fine cubes. Put everything together in a large bowl.
  2. Whip olive oil with balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices to taste and mix the vegetables with it. Now let it steep for a few hours and then serve with grilled or pan-fried food.
