Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Core and wash the peppers, then cut into fine strips. Drain the corn.
  2. For the sauce, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, diced onion and the chopped herbs in a bowl. Then fold the peppers and corn into the sauce and let it steep a little.
