Quarter the peppers, clean, wash, pat dry and cut into narrow strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
For the marinade, mix the oil and vinegar with salt, pepper and the minced garlic clove. Season to taste with sugar and tabasco sauce. Add the paprika strips and onion rings and mix. Min. Let it steep for 30 minutes, add seasoning if necessary.
Rinse the parsley under cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle over the salad.
