Instructions
Quarter the peppers and tomatoes, remove the core and cut into fine strips. Eight the vegetable onion and cut into fine strips. Cut the meat sausage into cubes.
Add the vinegar and oil, mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
Let it steep for about 1/2 hour.
