- The pork schnitzel is placed side by side in a baking dish.
- Then wash the peppers, cut into thin strips and spread over the schnitzel.
- Slice the sheep`s cheese thinly and place on top. Mix the tomato sauce with the cream and pour over the meat.
- Baked in the oven at 225 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- If the meat is very thin, 20 minutes is enough!
- If you have more time, you can of course make the tomato sauce yourself!
- There are no limits to the side dishes, rice, ebly, rosemary potato spoons, French fries, noodles and much more go well!
