Prepare the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
While the spaetzle is cooking, wash, core and dice the peppers. Cut the onion into small cubes. Pour the spaetzle into a sieve, rinse briefly with cold water.
Fry the peppers and onions in a little oil in the pan, then add the spaetzle and mix well together over a medium heat. Add honey and season to taste. Possibly stir in a little more herbal cream cheese. Finally, sprinkle the grated Emmentaler on the spaetzle and let it melt a little.
