With a sharp knife, cut narrow strips down to the bottom of the stem of the pepper. You get about 20 strips that resemble a spoon handle. Then put a dollop of herb quark on the end of the bell pepper. A basil leaf is then placed on top of which the finely grated Parmesan is sprinkled.
This is an invention of my son at the age of six and it tastes amazingly good.
