Fry the beef in the hot fat, add the onions and reduce the temperature a little. Cut the bell pepper into larger strips and add to the minced meat with the sliced celery. Stir well and sauté.
In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces (not too small). Pour into the saucepan, stir everything well and season to taste. It tastes as good as spicy as it is mild, Chinese spices don`t really belong in, but in my opinion it is quite good. Then fill up with water or broth so that everything is just covered. The whole thing also tastes a little more soupy!
Now simmer for about half an hour at a low temperature (the peppers should no longer have a bite), season again 10 minutes before the end and refine with lemon juice. No more cream or the like, therefore low in calories and rich in vitamins!
