Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and tomatoes, core the peppers. Cut the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes. Put the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with a little oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and basil as you like. Then mix everything well.
