Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, season with salt and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Cut the spring onions into rings and the peppers and turkey breast slices into pieces.
  2. Heat the rest of the olive oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions, paprika and thyme for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
  3. Mix the cooked noodles with the steamed vegetables, tomatoes and turkey breast (not necessarily everything has to be cooled down).
  4. Mix the dressing separately and season with salt and pepper and add to the salad. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and add, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  5. Store in a cool place until eaten.
