Instructions

  1. Cut paprika into strips, onions into slices, chilli into rings. Put the garlic, tomatoes and broth in a saucepan and cook for approx. 20 minutes until the paprika strips are soft. Pour through a sieve, puree the vegetable strips (in a blender). Put back in the saucepan with the cooking liquid and season to taste.
