Grate the zucchini, core the peppers and cut into as fine cubes as possible. Finely chop the onion and dice the ham. Mix the zucchini, bell pepper, onion, ham, cheeses, flour, eggs and tomato paste together well in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic.
Bake 1 good tablespoon of the mixture for each buffer in a little fat over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. If the buffer doesn`t stick together, just add a little more flour to the mixture.
