Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven with top / bottom heat to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and stem.
  3. Mash the shepherd`s cheese with a fork, then add the quark and mix well.
  4. Fill the halved peppers to the brim with the curd cheese mixture. Cut or grate the mountain cheese into thin slices and sprinkle over the filled pepper halves.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden yellow and melted.
  6. Serve with salad!
