Thaw the butter vegetables in a bowl, then chop up with the hand blender or in the food processor. Add the eggs and about a cup of breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, savory and nutmeg and knead everything into a dough. You should be able to form firm burgers from the mixture, otherwise breadcrumbs have to be added. If the dough is too firm, add a few drops of water. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
Heat the oil and possibly some clarified butter in a pan. Then form burgers out of the dough and fry them in the pan on both sides for 5-8 minutes.
I like to make these burgers with my vegetarian gravy and spaetzle.
