Heat the cream in the saucepan (do not boil !!!) and melt the chocolate in it, then add the mascarpone and stir in. Add vanilla sugar and sugar and simmer gently.
Then stir in enough flour until there are no more lumps. Now fill the whole thing into a bowl or dessert bowl and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Super delicious dessert garnished with fruit. We also like to eat it as a spread B. on fresh toast.
