Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Finely dice the onions and sauté them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan until they are translucent. Mash the garlic and add with the stir-fry vegetables. Turn the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are thawed. Deglaze with milk and white wine. Stir in the goat cream cheese until it has completely dissolved.
