Instructions

  1. Mix the sifted flour, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, water, salt, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks and the melted butter to a smooth dough.
  2. Beat 2 egg whites into egg whites and carefully fold into the batter.
  3. Bake golden brown waffles in the waffle iron.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with hot cherries and whipped cream.
