Mix the dry ingredients, add the oil to the milk and mix with the dry ingredients to form a smooth dough (which can be a little tough). Spread on a greased baking sheet and spread the hazelnuts on top and press into the batter. Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 - 170 degrees, it can turn lightly brown!
Remove from the tray and immediately cut into the desired size, e.g. biscuit size.
Tip: If you like it, only spread about 2/3 of a baking sheet, then the whole thing will be a little thicker.
