Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese and pickles into strips. Cut the tomatoes (without the core) and the onion into cubes (or thin strips of the leek or spring onions). Mix everything, then season with capers, oil, salt, pepper and caraway seeds and let it steep - ideally overnight.
  2. Whole grain bread goes very well with it.
