Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine. Add onions and bacon and fry (be careful - don`t let them burn).
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cut into small slices. Add to the pan with the bacon and onions and fry for about 30 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and - depending on your taste - paprika powder. Serve hot.
  3. Tip: If you like the fried potatoes particularly crispy, toss the raw potatoes in flour in a bowl before frying them and only then add them to the pan.
