Instructions

  1. Peel, slice and fry the potatoes. Make a batter out of the meat, an egg, the spices and chopped onions. Layer the potato slices and meat dough in greased form, bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk the milk, flour and two eggs, add the chopped parsley and pour over the potatoes. Baked for another 20 minutes, then top with tomato pieces and cucumber slices.
  3. If you like, you can also eat a salted herring.
